After you schedule your appointment, if you are a new client, Dr. Bulleit will contact you at 727-591-1270 for your free initial 10 minute consult to briefly discuss your needs and ensure Blue Zone Psychiatry is the right fit.

All new patients are required to complete their intake and consent forms at least 48 hours before their scheduled appointment. These forms allow Dr. Bulleit to review your information in advance and ensure that there is adequate time during your appointment to focus on your care.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled if intake forms are not completed at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. There is not time built into the initial appointment to complete outstanding forms.

Please note Dr. Bulleit can see patients aged 17 and older. She cannot provide care for patients enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid at this time.
